Deus Kaleta Odia is a young leader working in the field of youth development. From its Youth Entrepreneurial Ideas Incubator, it has supported more than 300 Young people in the creation and effective management of their businesses. Alumni of various capacity building programs in Leadership and entrepreneurship (YALI RLC Nairobi, UPG Biashara, Ashoka Foundation), he plays the role of Coach in social entrepreneurship in his community. His level of study and his professional experience in the field of administration and finance allow him to effectively manage within his economicus interest group, the 400 youth and women businesses created in the JLDI incubator (www.jldi.net/gie), public management and civic leadership trainings done. He is also a teacher at the University of Mbujimayi.

Realisations

In Business and entrepreneurship track, 10 entrepreneurial training of 400 Young people and women in the creation and effective management of their businesses, has been organized in 2022. From this, 50 business Ideas of Young people and Women trained, has been supported financially by our government. These Small and medium enterprises Created new jobs for more than 150 others young people and Women, this thanks to our Incubator (www.jldi.net/gie). In Public Management Track, 10 trainings in 2250 Resolution of the United States have been organized in 2022 with different Alumni from YALI Regional Leadership center of Nairobi, leaving in DRC. 50 of Alumni trained have implemented youth committee in their respective Provinces, things that gave birth to the implementation of a feedback mechanism conflicts cases reference, managed by state security services. Finally, in the Civic Leadership Track, we have organized 50 capacity building sessions in techniques to combat climate change since 2020 to date. As achievements, 10 schools have included in their programs, activities related to the creation of a germination plant for fast-growing plants. To date, we have 10 hectares reforested with the participation of these stakeholders.
